What does "bottoming out" mean?
"Bottoming out" of the breast can happen after breast augmentation, breast lift or breast reduction surgery. It means that either due to the tone of the skin or the weight of the breast, the breast volume sinks low on the chest wall. There are techniques available to decrease the chances of this complication which should be discussed with your plastic surgeon.
